How we handle your information
We collect personal information for one reason: to prepare quotations, book appointments, and do the work you ask us to do. This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, company, mobile number, email, Facebook or Messenger name, billing and project address.
- Project details: the type of system you need, your water source, water concerns, capacity, number of users, existing equipment, target dates and budget.
- Files you send us: water laboratory results, photos or videos of your site or existing equipment, site plans and equipment specifications.
- Service history: what we installed, when, and the maintenance done on it, so we can service it later.
How we use it
- To assess your site and prepare a quotation.
- To schedule and carry out site visits, installations, repairs and maintenance.
- To contact you about your inquiry, quotation, appointment or project.
- To keep a record of your installed system for warranty and after-sales service.
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising lists. We don't share it with anyone except people who help us do the work you asked for (for example, a delivery service or a supplier who needs a delivery address) and only as much as they need.
Where it goes
Requests from this website reach us through Messenger, text message or email, whichever you choose when you send them. Quote requests may also be stored in a Google Form and Google Sheet owned by the shop. Those services keep their own security measures; we keep the shop's accounts limited to staff who handle inquiries.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted within one year. Records of systems we installed are kept for as long as the system is under warranty or on a maintenance schedule with us, then for the period required by tax and accounting rules.
Photos and testimonials
We only publish photos of your installation or a testimonial from you with your written okay (a message counts). You can withdraw that okay at any time and we take it down.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to microsystem.imus@gmail.com or message us on Facebook (Microsystem Dasma). We reply within business hours, Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If you believe we've handled your information badly, you may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
