Terms and conditions
How we quote, visit, install and service
Quotations
- Prices shown on this website, where any appear, are indicative. The price you pay is the one on your written quotation.
- A quotation lists the equipment included, what installation covers, what it doesn't, freebies, warranty, payment terms and maintenance options.
- Installation cost may change if site conditions differ from what was described or seen during the site visit (for example, extra piping, electrical work, access or structural work).
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Equipment prices move with the market.
Site visits
- A ₱500 site visit fee applies to Dasmariñas, Imus and Bacoor. For other locations, the fee is computed by the distance in kilometers from our office in Salawag, Dasmariñas, and confirmed before the visit.
- The site visit fee is fully refundable or deductible from the final service or project cost if you proceed with any service or project with Microsystem.
- Please have the water source, the installation area and any existing equipment accessible on the day.
Payment
- Payment terms are stated on the quotation. Typically a deposit confirms the order and schedules the work, with the balance due on turnover.
- Equipment remains the property of Microsystem until paid in full.
Installation and turnover
- We install, test and commission the system and walk your staff through its operation and routine care.
- Permits, civil works, electrical supply to the installation point and water source connection are your responsibility unless the quotation says otherwise.
Warranty
- Warranties are per component and stated in writing on the quotation and invoice, with the coverage period for each.
- Warranty covers defects in the equipment we supplied and the workmanship of our installation. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, power problems, floods, modifications by others, or filters and media that weren't changed on schedule.
- Consumables (filter cartridges, membranes, media, UV lamps) wear with use and are replaced on a maintenance schedule rather than under warranty.
Service and maintenance
- Preventive maintenance is offered on a schedule set at turnover. Keeping to it is the condition for the water system to keep performing and for a refilling station to keep passing its water tests.
- Service calls outside a maintenance plan are quoted before the work, including parts and labor.
Website
- Content on this website is for general information. System recommendations given on the site (for example, in the water problem guide) are starting points; the final system follows the site visit and, where needed, a water analysis.
- Information you send through the website is handled as described in the privacy policy.
